Peer Learning Circles

The goal of the Peer Learning Circles is to respond to the need of Delaware County nonprofit leaders and to enhance collaboration and innovation across the social sector. The circles provide nonprofit leaders in Delaware County with an open space for reflective learning, problem-solving, peer support, and individual growth, with guidance from seasoned consultants and speakers.

  • New: Black-Led Nonprofits Peer Learning Circle

    Open to Executive Directors/CEOs and Senior Leaders with executive management experience in nonprofit organizations serving Delaware County.

    Topic of discussion to include:

    • Dealing with Uncertainty 
    • Influence / Negotiation
    • Collaboration / Communication
    • Compassion Fatigue
    • Plus two other topics determined by the group

     Six Sessions will be held, once per month, from June 6, 2024 – November, 2024

  • The Executive Director Peer Learning Circle

    Open to all executive directors or CEOs serving Delaware County nonprofits, with an emphasis on meeting the leadership needs of small to mid-size organizations.

  • The Senior Leaders Peer Learning Circle

    Helps aspiring leaders at Delaware County nonprofits to develop new skills, advance contributions to the nonprofit sector, and enhance their careers. Senior Leaders should have some supervisory or management role in the organization and report directly to leadership. To encourage support of this initiative, participation in this program requires stated support from organizational leadership.
