Peer Learning Circles

The CNEx kicked off its second cohort of both the Executive Directors Peer Learning Circle and Senior Staff Leaders in 2021. The goal of these circles is to respond to the need of Delaware County nonprofit leaders and to enhance collaboration and innovation across the social good sector. The circles provide nonprofit leaders in Delaware County with an open space for reflective learning, problem-solving, peer support, and individual growth, with guidance from seasoned consultants and speakers.

Additional Information

  • The Executive Director Peer Learning Circle

Open to all executive directors or CEOs serving Delaware County nonprofits, with an emphasis on meeting the leadership needs of small to mid-size organizations.

  • The Senior Staff Leaders Peer Learning Circle

Helps aspiring leaders at Delaware County nonprofits to develop new skills, advance contributions to the nonprofit sector, and enhance their careers. Senior Staff Leaders should have some supervisory or management role in the organization and report directly to leadership. To encourage support of this initiative, participation in this program requires stated support from organizational leadership.

  • Applications

The next call for applicants and cohorts of Peer Learning Circles will be launching in Spring 2023, when we hope to be able to convene groups in person again.
