Peer Learning Circles

The goal of the Peer Learning Circles is to respond to the needs of nonprofit leaders serving Delaware County, enhance collaboration, and innovation across the social sector. The learning circle approach is based on an action learning framework in which peers with similar backgrounds and responsibilities come together to learn from each other’s experiences and apply these learnings in their organizations. The circles provide an open space for reflective learning, problem-solving, peer support, and individual growth, guided by an expert facilitator that helps manage the process and discussions.

The CNEx is excited to announce that applications are open for the 2026-2027 Executive Director Peer Learning Circle cohort. The learning circle approach is based on an action learning framework in which peers with similar experiences and responsibilities come together to learn from each other and apply these learnings in their organizations. These circles are guided by an expert facilitator that helps manage the process and discussions.

We are excited to have Sonia Stamm as the facilitator for this Executive Director Peer Learning Circle.  The entire experience will encompass a kick-off/reception and five bi-monthly sessions. These sessions are all conducted in person to maximize the group’s time together.

Each two hour session will focus on group members helping each other achieve their goals through highly focused questioning and feedback. The Executive Directors Peer Learning Circles will begin with a joint kick-off event on April 14 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and will include five in-person sessions at the Foundation’s Media office. Please apply using the button below by 5:00 on March 13.

If you are interested in participating in this Peer Learning Circle cohort, we ask that you commit to attending the reception and all five Peer Learning Circle sessions if you complete the application. Questions? Contact: Bilal Taylor.
