Individuals and families who generously include The Foundation for Delaware County (or a nonprofit fund held at the Foundation) in their estate plans are recognized and thanked for their generosity as members of our Legacy Society. A planned gift such as a bequest, charitable remainder trust, or life insurance policy provides long-term support for our mission and initiatives, as well as those of our nonprofit partners.

Planned gifts to any fund at the Foundation qualify for membership in the Legacy Society. In addition to the lasting impact on the community, members receive benefits such as invitations to exclusive events, recognition in the Foundation’s publications, and opportunities to meet with community leaders and Foundation staff.
