The Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) in Pennsylvania is a tax credit program that provides tax credits to businesses that make contributions to eligible nonprofit organizations. The program is very similar to the EITC program. It is designed to encourage businesses to invest in their local communities and support nonprofit organizations focused on affordable housing, community services, education, job training, and neighborhood conservation. Nonprofit organizations can benefit from the program by securing funding for their projects and programs, attracting new partners and supporters, and increasing their impact in the community.
Michael Shorr, Regional Director, PA Department of Community & Economic Development, will present the details of the program and how your nonprofit can participate.
