DoorDash delivering to our seniors in PA has been a game changer for the commonwealth! Of the nine food banks participating in Project DASH, eight are at a monthly participation rate of 95% or higher. Prior to Project DASH, the state’s monthly participation rate was between 80-85%. Because of DoorDash, we anticipate a steady participation rate of over 95% for the last quarter of FY 2022, enabling the state to request expansion for FY 2023 for the first-time since the start of the pandemic!” – Sheila Christopher, Hunger-Free Pennsylvania Executive Director
