This is part two of a three-part series on nonprofit evaluation! Participants will learn how to choose and define meaningful outcomes and indicators for their programs. The session will mix teaching and group exercises. This will help participants express outcomes and indicators to evaluate impact. Real-world examples and peer feedback will boost skills in spotting success indicators.
Participants will be able to:
(1) Explain the difference between outputs, outcomes, and indicators.
(2) Write clear outcome statements that show the intended program results.
(3) Create indicators to assess program outcomes.
