The second annual Delco Gives will take place on May 8-9, 2025!
Hosted by The Foundation for Delaware County, Delco Gives is a community-wide celebration that benefits hundreds of nonprofits. Through an online giving platform, delcogives.org, Delco Gives encourages the community to explore and donate to a diverse range of nonprofits supporting Delaware County.
Each donation that is made gives the nonprofit the opportunity to earn additional bonus money provided by sponsors and the Foundation. Bonus dollars are based on the total number of donations to each nonprofit, not the total number of dollars. Additional cash prizes sponsored by local businesses are also given out from May 8-9, 2025.
Join us for celebrations throughout Delaware County!
May 7- Kick-off Celebration at Dining Under the Stars in Media, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Join us at the Olive and State Street in Media to help us launch Delco Gives! Cecily Tynan from 6abc Philadelphia will serve as emcee for the evening, and we’ll have musical and dance performances from the Media Theatre, Next Gen Theatre, and Summer Stage’s Shooting Stars.
May 8 – Community Tailgates in various locations across Delco, 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. The Foundation will host tailgate celebrations throughout the county. We’ll be out waving signs and passing out coffee coupons and information about Delco Gives.
May 9 – Closing Celebration in Rose Tree Park, 5:00 – 7:30 p.m. Join us to celebrate an exciting end to Delco Gives 2025. Q102 will be broadcasting live with a DJ, and there will be games and food trucks, as well as beer and wine for sale. Dozens of nonprofits will have tables with information and activities about their causes.
