Why The Name Chosen Tweed?
The name holds meaning that runs deep. “Chosen” celebrates all the ways we intentionally build a life we love: choosing our friends, our family (biological or found), our communities, and the spaces we call home. We choose how we give, how we gather, and how we express ourselves through thoughtful gifts and design.
“Tweed” evokes a sense of texture, tradition, and richness, much like the classic fabric. But more than that, it symbolizes variety, warmth, and the beauty of things woven together. At Chosen Tweed, our shelves reflect this philosophy: a mix of heritage and modernity, of global influences and local love, of softness and structure. A little unexpected, always intentional.
Once a month, Chosen Tween hosts “Sip and Shop” events to benefit a local nonprofit partner. Held on Tuesday evenings from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., these gatherings transform Chosen Tween into a vibrant space for community, connection, and giving back. Each Sip & Shop highlights a nonprofit partner, with 10% of sales donated directly to their mission, allowing guests to make a difference while they sip and shop.
