Family Village is a program of The Foundation for Delaware County, a collection of community programs that help to improve birth outcomes, maternal and child health, and the overall well-being of families in Delaware County. The Family Village team provides direct services to support families and address the social determinants of health, and help families develop knowledge and skills – so they can thrive and bring their children up with every opportunity to succeed.

Family Village can rely on the Foundation to manage its finances, human resources, communications, and other administrative tasks behind the scenes so that the team’s caring nurses, outreach workers, counselors, attorneys, and housing experts can focus on their mission: connecting families to critical resources, helping moms and dads focus on healthy pregnancies, and supporting families with parenting skills, especially early childhood growth and development that enables them to build a better future for their families.
