2025 Impact Grant Recipients

The Foundation for Delaware County is honored to partner with these 48 nonprofit organizations to improve the well-being of the people who live in Delaware County. We are grateful for the supporters whose generosity has made this funding possible. The $1,297,000 in new grant awards will support the following projects to address critical issues and needs in Delaware County, and will be in addition to the $542,000 provided to seven nonprofits receiving third-year grants.
