Drug Free Communities
The Chester Drug Free Communities collaborates with community partners to prevent and reduce substance abuse among youth and adults. The program works in two ways. First, it addresses issues in Chester that increase the risk of substance abuse. And second, it promotes factors that minimize risk.

Health Resource Center Program
Often students in the Chester Upland School District need counseling about having a healthy relationship and avoiding risky behavior. Now they have a place to go.
