Aleida T

Born in Guatemala and raised in Delaware County, Aleida is a full-spectrum CAPPA trained doula. She became a doula because she believes it’s every woman’s right to have an empowered birth and postpartum experience. Her goal for the future is to help BIPOC improve birth outcomes and maternal mental health and reclaim ancestral birthing practices. She believes in incorporating cultural considerations because representation matters, especially during birth.

Charlotte G

Charlotte is a full-spectrum Christian doula with a background in behavioral health and early childhood education. She is experienced in vaginal births, cesarean births, VBAC births, and inductions. She has provided support to moms having a singular birth and those having multiples. Her support extends beyond birth, encompassing both the prenatal and postpartum stages. She offers spiritual support if desired and welcomes your family’s beliefs into the birthing space.

Erica L

Born and raised in Delaware County, Erica is a certified bilingual full-spectrum doula and CLC. She became a doula because she was interested in a hands-on approach to supporting birthing families. As a doula she loves the physical aspect of pregnancy and labor, motivated by her clients and their birthing journeys. She hopes to inspire her clients in investigating the mind-body connection that takes place during their prenatal journey.

Falise A

Falise is a postpartum/labor doula who attended training at CAPPA. She became a doula to ensure that each family or young mom had the opportunity to have their dreams come true. She believes the key to success is educating each family on birthing, breastfeeding, and parents’ rights. Most importantly, she wants them to know they have a support system along the way and in the delivery room.
